2.4 Shipping

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.


2.5 Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@smallsfamilyfarm.com and we will make it right. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.


3. Allergen and Food Safety Notice

Our flour is produced from wheat and is processed in a facility that handles wheat. Our products are not suitable for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.


It is your responsibility to ensure our products are appropriate for your dietary needs before purchasing.
