SMALL’S FAMILY FARM

THE BEST FLOUR STARTS in OUR field.

It starts with the soil, the seed, and the decision to do it all the right way.

Small's Family Farm has cared for the same land in the Walla Walla Valley for over four generations, growing grain the way we always have, by the best means possible, making choices to support the generation that comes after us.

The chefs and bakers we work with can trace every bag back to the field it came from — the variety and the lot, with complete traceability. When you take special care around ingredients for the best outcome, whether that’s bread, pasta, or other baked goods, start with the best flour available through wholesale.

We choose REGENERATION OVER EXTRACTION. We choose GRAIN QUALITY ABOVE ALL ELSE. We choose the harder path.

We are farming for the benefit of generations to come.
